Two Ways We Work

Whether you're a homeowner remodeling a room or a builder sourcing materials, here's how it goes.

Design, Supply & Install

We handle the whole remodel — design help, materials, and installation by our own crew. You choose tile, cabinetry, and finishes in person at the showroom, and we keep you posted at every phase rather than leaving you wondering.

Builders & Contractors

Why the Process Matters

Remodels go wrong in predictable ways. Here's what we do about each of them.

Moisture Testing First

Most disappointment starts at selection. That's why we have a showroom — you see the tile and open the drawer before you commit to anything.

Mechanical Prep, Always

Substrate prep matters as much in tile as anywhere. We use Schluter uncoupling membranes under tiled floors so movement in the subfloor doesn't crack your grout.

Crack Repair Before Coating

We fix what's behind the wall before we tile over it. Anything left unaddressed now becomes a much more expensive problem later.

Engineered Base Layer

We use lines we chose deliberately and are certified to install — Emser tile, Schluter systems, KCMA-certified cabinets — not whatever the supply house had that week.

No Week-Long Shutdowns

We tell you the realistic timeline up front and keep you informed as we go. A bathroom out of action is disruptive; pretending otherwise helps nobody.

Straight Quotes, No Games

We scope the whole project in person before quoting. What we tell you on site is what you pay — no add-ons discovered halfway through.
