Cabinets and Vanities Made in the USA
Mountaineer Tile is excited to present an alternative source for cabinets and vanities that are American-made, factory-built in Florida. Our cabinets are designed as semi-custom, with a variety of sizes and options.
These shaker full-overlay door and drawer-front style cabinets are made of plywood construction with full-extension drawers crafted from solid hardwood and dovetail carpentry joints, and soft-close doors and drawers. Doors are MDF construction to allow for normal expansion caused by temperature and humidity fluctuations. Trash can pullouts in a base cabinet and double-rotating trays that spin independently for easy access in the corner Super Susan cabinets are available.
Wood and Thermofoil Cabinets Available
Wood painted cabinets and vanities are available in a variety of colors and have strength that resists heat, dents and dings. Birch and medium-density fiberboard (MDF) have the smoothest and most consistent surface for paint and are popular substrates for these types of cabinets. The wood painted shaker door styles have crisp lines and simple details, perfect for any type of kitchen, whether country or contemporary.
We also offer thermofoil cabinets and vanities. Compared to a traditional painted door, thermofoil cabinets will likely hold up better than wood painted cabinets against regular household damage from water spillage, dents, bands, or hand scratches. Advances in modern technologies allow our manufacturer to heat shrink a PVC vinyl coating over a base medium-density fiberboard (MDF) structure providing strong resistance to water and moisture as well as easy clean-up by simply wiping the surface. This PVC finish is on the front and sides, however not on the back of the doors. The back of the doors is finished with a natural birch laminate and matches the PVC on the door fronts. Moreover, thermofoil cabinets provide more stability and do not tend to warp as wood may over time. Thermofoil cabinets are a less expensive price point, however, they may not hold up as long as a wood painted cabinet structure.

Both the Wood Painted and Thermofoil cabinets are KCMA certified.
